Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of order delivery to initiate a return.

2. Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- we request customers to provide an unboxing video clearly showing the shipping label and order ID. The video should capture the entire unboxing process, showing the product from all sides without any editing or alterations. This ensures that we can effectively assess the damage and assist customers promptly. If the unboxing video is found to be edited or incomplete, we regret that we won't be able to process the return request. Your cooperation in providing an authentic unboxing video is crucial for a smooth return process.

3. Return Reasons:
Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
- Damaged on arrival: If the product arrives in a damaged condition, we request customers to provide an unboxing video clearly showing the shipping label and order ID. The video should capture the entire unboxing process, showing the product from all sides without any editing or alterations. This ensures that we can effectively assess the damage and assist customers promptly. If the unboxing video is found to be edited or incomplete, we regret that we won't be able to process the return request. Your cooperation in providing an authentic unboxing video is crucial for a smooth return process. Please make sure to provide an unboxing video that adheres to the guidelines mentioned above. This helps us ensure a fair assessment of the damage and enables us to provide the necessary assistance promptly. 
- Faulty manufacturing or broken after use (Warranty): We do not provide any form of warranty for cosmetic and personal care products. As these products are for personal use and have specific hygiene considerations, we cannot offer warranties, guarantees, or returns for these items once they have been opened or used. We take utmost care to ensure that all cosmetic and personal care products are of the highest quality and are well within their expiration dates when they leave our facility. However, due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once they have been opened or used. Before making a purchase, we encourage our customers to carefully review the product details, and suitability for their individual needs.

Changed their Mind Return:
If a customer decides to return a product for reasons other than the above-mentioned scenarios, we understand and respect your decision. To process such a return, please note the following:

a. Return Eligibility: The product must meet our standard return eligibility criteria, which includes being unused, in its original packaging, and within the allowed return timeframe.

b. Customer Pays Shipping: For "Changed their Mind" returns, customers are responsible for covering the shipping expenses. Cleekify will not provide any shipping cost reimbursement in this case. The customer must ship the item to our address at:

c. Return Authorization: Before sending the product back to us, please contact our customer support team at support@cleekify.com. They will provide you with a return authorization and any additional instructions for the return.

d. Return Packaging: Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure that the return reaches us safely.

e. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will proceed with the refund as per our standard refund policy. The refund will be issued to your bank account, excluding the original shipping charges and any return shipping expenses incurred.

4. Return Shipping:
Cleekify will cover the return shipping costs if the product received is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item was delivered.

5. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:
- DTH products after installation.
- Hygiene products and other similar items.(e.g. Cosmetics, Persnol Care) 
- Subscription-based products(Tata Play)
- Items that have been used or no longer have their original packaging.

6. Exchange Policy:
Customers may initiate an exchange if they receive:
- A wrong product.
- A damaged or faulty product covered under the warranty.

Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of order delivery to initiate an exchange.

8. Exchange Eligibility:
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Customers need to provide an unboxing video clearly showing the shipping label and order ID. The video must not be edited to ensure we can assist customers promptly. If any essential information is missing from the video, we cannot accept the exchange request.

9. Exchange Shipping:
Cleekify will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged product if the original item received was damaged, faulty, or the wrong product.

10. Cancellations:
Customers can cancel their orders until Cleekify ships them (usually within 2 hours). Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
