Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund and return policy from the date your item is delivered. If your product meets any of the following criteria:

- It doesn't arrive.
- It arrives damaged.
- It's broken.
- It's not functioning as expected.

We'll gladly process your refund or initiate a return. To ensure transparency and accuracy, please provide a video of the unboxing process from all angles. This helps us determine the condition of the product upon arrival.

Steps to Initiate a Refund:

To initiate a refund, kindly follow these steps:

 b. Provide Order Details and Reason: When contacting us, please provide your order number and the specific reason for the refund. If applicable, attach clear unboxing videos showcasing the issue for a smooth evaluation process.

c. Expert Assistance: Our customer support representatives will promptly review your request and provide you with further instructions, including any necessary return authorizations if required.

d. Secure Packaging for Returns: For return shipments, we request you to securely package the product to protect it from damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure a safe return journey.

Refund Completion:

Upon receiving the verifying its eligibility, we will proceed with the refund process. The refund will be issued through the following methods:

a. Original Payment Method: For orders placed using online payment methods, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. This includes credit/debit card, net banking, or any other electronic payment method.

b. Bank Transfer: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders or if the original payment method is not viable for a refund, we offer the option of bank transfer. In such cases, we will request your bank details and process the refund accordingly.

Why Refunds May Be Denied

While we aim to accommodate all refund requests, there are instances where we may need to deny a refund. This could be due to:

- Abuse of our refund policy.
- Fraudulent activity.
- Violation of our terms of service.

Rest assured, if your request meets our refund criteria, we'll refund your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days. For prepaid orders, we'll refund to the same method used for payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we'll confirm your preferred refund method.

NOTE: No OTP or Card Details Required

Return Policy

1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.

2. Returns are only accepted for items that were purchased directly from our website.

3. To request a return, please contact us at support@cleekify.com and provide proof photos of the damaged product, if any. We will then generate a return authorization for you.

4. Please note that we do not accept returns for gift cards.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

1. We do not accept returns for DTH products after installation.

2. Custom products, such as special orders and personalized items cannot be returned.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, we may be unable to stop the package.
